Occupational Risk Prevention Technician

• Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar position, preferably in industrial and/or construction environments.
• Knowledge of Business Activity Coordination (CAE) and current OHS regulations.
• Organized, resourceful person with strong communication skills, leadership, and initiative.
• Availability to make periodic visits to worksites and workplaces.

• English level is a plus.

• University education and a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three specialties.

At Marlex People we are collaborating with an important company in the industrial sector, located in Caldes de Montbui, which needs to incorporate a Safety and Health Technician.

• Ensure the integration of Occupational Risk Prevention into the daily activity of the plant and the assigned worksites.
• Coordinate preventive activities with the External Prevention Service, subcontractors, and external entities.
• Supervise safety conditions both at the plant and at the various construction sites.
• Review and manage all preventive documentation: risk assessments, health and safety plans, emergency plans, and CAE documentation.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding Safety, Health, and the Environment.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Define and monitor action plans for accident reduction and continuous improvement.
• Provide advice to management, department heads, and site supervisors on prevention matters.
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of documentation and indicators for HSE and the Environment.
