At Marlex, we are collaborating with a company dedicated to the manufacture and formulation of sustainable products for women's health and well-being. Currently, they are selecting a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for their headquarters located in Arganda del Rey (Madrid).
What you'll do
Reporting to the maintenance manager, the selected person will be primarily responsible for the maintenance, adjustment, and fine-tuning of production and packaging machinery.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, mainly mechanical, of the production lines.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical breakdowns in industrial machinery.
- Perform the assembly, disassembly, adjustment, and replacement of mechanical components.
- Execute format changes on the different production lines according to manufacturing needs.
- Work with process and packaging machinery: capping machines, labeling machines, screw cappers, conveyor belts, and auxiliary equipment.
- Mechanically adapt and adjust production lines for the incorporation of new product formats.
- Perform periodic inspections to detect wear, looseness, misalignments, and possible mechanical failures.
- Carry out the commissioning and regulation of packaging lines, making the necessary adjustments to guarantee their correct operation.
- Participate in improvement and optimization work for machinery and production processes.
- Provide support in electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic incidents when necessary.
