About the role

At Marlex, we are currently looking for pharmacy technicians for a major pharmaceutical distributor.

The position to be filled will be at the distributor's office, in the phone order and inquiry or issue resolution department for these orders.

What will your day-to-day be like?

  • Phone customer service in a call center, receiving calls from pharmacists to place medication orders, provide information on requested products, or resolve issues with previous orders.
  • We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and committed profile, accustomed to working and handling high call volumes.

What can we offer you?

  • Initial contract through a staffing agency, followed by a permanent contract directly with the company.
  • Full-time schedule from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  • Full-time schedule from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM and from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM
  • Once you have completed the initial onboarding and training, there will be the possibility of remote work (2 days at the office - 3 days remote).
  • Salary: €18,500 gross per year.
