About the role

From our office RAS INTERIM Sant Boi we are recruiting Telephone Operators for Customer Service for a company in the Pharmaceutical sector located in Gavá. 

What you'll do

👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering phone calls from customers in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Providing advice and resolving questions related to pharmacy and parapharmacy products.
- Managing orders, follow-up, and after-sales support
- Recording and updating information in the database

- Ensuring professional and quality customer service at all times.

What you'll get

🤝 WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?
- SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 14:00 (30 hours per week) or Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 14:00 and from 17:30 to 20:30, with alternating Saturdays.
- Initial contract through a temporary employment agency with the possibility of being hired directly by the company
- SALARY: €10.15 gross per hour worked

- Training in Intermediate Vocational Training (CFGM) in Pharmacy and Parapharmacy is valued.
- Previous experience in customer service in a Call Center, especially in health and pharmacy-related sectors.

- Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written.

-  Residency in the Baix Llobregat area or nearby.

- Communication skills, customer orientation, and ability to work in a team.
