Accounting and Treasury Technician

• Treasury management, monitoring of collections and payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Preparation and monitoring of treasury forecasts and cash flows.
• Recording and reviewing operations and participating in accounting closings.
• Analysis of accounts and review of balances, detecting possible errors or deviations.
• Monitoring of due dates, outstanding balances, and customer credit limits.
• Management of collection incidents and monitoring of financial risk.
• Control and analysis of costs and monitoring of deviations.
• Support in tax management and supervision alongside external consultancy.
• Supervision of labor documentation, payroll, contracts, and time tracking.
• Preparation of economic-financial reports for Management.
• Support in budgets, financial forecasts, and control of deviations.

We are looking to hire an Accounting and Treasury Technician to cover an 11-month maternity leave replacement.

• Education in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar.
• Previous experience in accounting and treasury.
• Solid knowledge of financial and advanced accounting.
• Experience in treasury management, collections, and payments.
• Knowledge of taxation and labor management.
• Intermediate level of Excel.
• Organized, analytical, responsible, and autonomous person.

• Experience with Sage 200.
• Experience in industrial companies.
• Knowledge of cost control and analysis.
