Footwear Designer

· Participate in the design and development of the Mayoral footwear collection: boy, girl, and unisex. Additionally, collaborate on the footwear collections of the group's other brands: Abel & Lula, Boston, and BRIA.

· Present creative solutions in colorways, patterns, and fit based on trend research, competition, and sales studies.

· Actively contribute to the stability and good atmosphere of the team, living the corporate values day by day.

We are looking for a Footwear Designer.

· Degree in Design: footwear, fashion, or industrial.

· 2 - 4 years of experience performing similar functions

· Competencies:

o Soft skills: communication, teamwork, innovation, resilience, and planning/organization.

o Specific skills: project management, creativity and analytical capacity, customer orientation, and problem-solving.

· Knowledge of programs such as Corel Draw and Adobe. B2 English level.

· Immediate start.
