What we're looking for
Freelance Basis: Availability to collaborate on a project/season (AW/SS) basis with presence at shootings in Málaga.
Demonstrable previous experience as a fashion stylist, ideally within premium menswear, heritage, or contemporary preppy brands.
Portfolio essential demonstrating technical sensitivity in layering, color management, proportions, and styling focused on e-commerce and campaigns.
Deep knowledge of the Ivy/collegiate/heritage universe and current fashion culture (tailoring, elevated sportswear, gorpcore, preppy revival).
Mastery of color composition (knowledge of Pantone/TCX is highly valued) to guarantee visual coherence between the garment and the product listing.
Ability to work in a team, translate creative guidelines into practical execution, and work under shooting dynamics.
The role
As a Freelance Fashion Stylist, you will be the person responsible for translating our creative direction into deeply aspirational looks for e-commerce, lookbooks, and campaigns. Your main objective will be to build styling with layering, proportion, color contrast, and attitude, conveying the essence of Harper & Neyer.
What you'll do
Define and execute the styling of seasonal looks (AW/SS) for e-commerce, lookbooks, and campaigns (for both Men's and Kids' lines).
Master layering by creating legible layers (shirts/t-shirts under knitwear, double inner layers) with color contrast that stands out on camera.
Apply a contemporary twist to Ivy/Preppy heritage through current proportions, measured color blocking, and mixes of formal-sporty styles.
Work side-by-side with the Design, E-commerce, and Photography teams, proposing props, backgrounds, model attitude, and coherence by narrative capsule.
Build and maintain the styling guide (styling bible) for each season to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
