Senior General Practice Veterinarian - Medivet 24h Santa Susanna (Barcelona)

At the Medivet 24-Hour Veterinary Hospital Santa Susanna, located on the coast of Barcelona, we are looking for an experienced General Practice Veterinarian to join our clinical team (position open due to a stable replacement).

We are looking for a licensed professional with a solid background in small animal clinics or hospitals (minimum 3-4 years), with a strong focus on clients, patients, and the team, and with the autonomy to lead consultations, ultrasound diagnostics, and surgery.

• Autonomous care and management of general, preventive, and internal medicine consultations for small animals.

• Thorough follow-up and hospitalization of the center's patients.

• Planning and autonomous performance of soft tissue surgeries.

• Diagnostic imaging (routine and emergency ultrasounds).

• Highly valued: Knowledge of or interest in minimally invasive surgery techniques.

• Fluid, empathetic, and transparent communication with pet owners.

• Stability: Permanent full-time contract.

En el Hospital Veterinario Medivet 24 Horas Santa Susanna, ubicado en la costa de Barcelona, estamos buscando un/a Veterinario/a Generalista experimentado/a para unirse a nuestro equipo clínico (vacante por reemplazo estable).

Buscamos a un/a profesional colegiado/a con un bagaje sólido en clínicas u hospitales de pequeños animales (mínimo 3-4 años), con una fuerte orientación al cliente, al paciente y al equipo, y con autonomía para liderar consultas, diagnóstico ecográfico y quirófano.

• Atención y gestión autónoma de consultas de medicina general, preventiva e interna de pequeños animales.

• Seguimiento exhaustivo y hospitalización de pacientes del centro.

• Planificación y realización autónoma de cirugías de tejidos blandos.

• Diagnóstico por imagen (ecografías de rutina y de urgencia).

• Se valorará muy positivamente: Conocimientos o interés en técnicas de cirugía de mínima invasión.

• Comunicación fluida, empática y transparente con los tutores.

• Estabilidad: Contrato indefinido a jornada completa.
