The role
Your day-to-day will be oriented towards ensuring the health of Naturgy's workers, offering comprehensive, preventive, and quality healthcare, in close collaboration with the medical and occupational risk prevention team.
What you'll do
- Health Surveillance: medical examinations, blood sampling, ECG, spirometry, audiometry, record management, and monitoring of sensitive personnel.
- Work Accident Care: first aid, wound care, management of sick leave/return-to-work reports, and associated documentation (collaborating mutual insurance company).
- Healthcare Activity: triage, nursing emergencies, wound care, vaccines, and injectables.
- Pharmacy Management: ordering, control of expiration dates, temperature, and first aid kits.
- Health Campaigns: psychological surveillance (GHQ-12/28), referrals, and follow-up with SPA and specialists.
- Chronic Patient: monitoring of blood pressure, blood glucose, allergy vaccines, and support in fertility treatments.
- Administrative Management: maintenance of health center accreditation and procedures with the public administration.
