Ensure operational support in food and beverage service, collaborating with waiters and chef de rang to guarantee fast, efficient service aligned with quality standards, offering a close and professional attitude that contributes to customer satisfaction.

• Carry out the tasks assigned before, during, and after the shift, following the instructions of the waiter/chef de rang or supervisor.
• Prepare, restock, and report material and supply needs, ensuring order and preventing breakage or shrinkage.
• Attend shift briefings to learn about VIPs, daily specials, occupancy, and service guidelines.
• Set up tables, stations, and service items according to quality standards, ensuring everything is complete.
• Handle trays, food, and beverages safely and precisely, avoiding accidents, spills, or breakage.
• Support the waiter in delivering service, maintaining a friendly, professional attitude aligned with the SOP.

• Training related to hospitality (vocational training or courses).
• Attention to detail, energy, and proactivity.
• Teamwork and a service-oriented attitude.

• Secondary education or vocational training.

• Spanish
• Advanced English (a third language is highly valued).

Asegurar el apoyo operativo en el servicio de alimentos y bebidas, colaborando con los waiters y chef de rang para garantizar un servicio rápido, eficiente y alineado con los estándares de calidad, ofreciendo una actitud cercana y profesional que contribuya a la satisfacción del cliente.

• Ejecutar las tareas asignadas antes, durante y después del turno, siguiendo las indicaciones del waiter/chef de rang o responsable.
• Preparar, reponer y comunicar necesidades de material y suministros, asegurando orden y evitando roturas o mermas.
• Participar en los briefings de inicio de turno para conocer VIPs, especiales del día, ocupación y directrices del servicio.
• Montar mesas, estaciones y elementos de servicio según estándares de calidad, verificando que todo esté completo.
• Manejar bandejas, alimentos y bebidas con seguridad y precisión, evitando accidentes, derrames o roturas.
• Apoyar al waiter en la entrega del servicio, manteniendo una actitud amable, profesional y alineada con el SOP del puesto.

• Formación relacionada con restauración (FP o cursos).
• Orientación al detalle, dinamismo y proactividad.
• Trabajo en equipo y actitud orientada al servicio.

• ESO o Grado Superior.

• Español
• Inglés avanzado (muy valorable un tercer idioma).
