Group Coordinator 5* Hotel - Sitges

We are looking for a Group Coordinator for our 5-star Eurostars hotel located in Sitges.   

What will you be responsible for?  

• Management, quotation, and invoicing of group reservations. 
   

• Customer service and call handling.
   

• Confirmation, changes, sales status, and closing.
   

• Reservation follow-up. 
   

• Interdepartmental coordination.

What are we looking for? 

• Studies in tourism. 

• Experience in hotels of a similar category managing group reservations. 

• High level of English and a second language is valued.

Buscamos un/a Coordinador de Grupos para nuestro hotel Eurostars 5* ubicado en Sitges.   

¿De qué serás responsable?  

• Gestión, cotización y facturación de reservas de grupos. 
   

• Atención al cliente y recepción de llamadas.
   

• Confirmación, cambios, situación de ventas y cierre .
   

• Seguimiento de reservas. 
   

• Coordinación interdepartamental.

¿Qué buscamos?   

• Estudios en turismo. 

• Experiencia en hoteles de similar categoría gestionando reservas de grupos. 

• Nivel de inglés alto y valorable segundo idioma.
