Job Mission
The Head Chef supervises and ensures the correct execution of food service in their section, guaranteeing compliance with the hotel's quality standards. They contribute directly to the hotel's success by ensuring culinary excellence, operational efficiency of the team under their charge, and impeccable maintenance of hygiene, safety, and order in all kitchen areas under their responsibility.

What will you have to do?

Supervise the preparation and presentation of dishes following recipes, quality standards, portion control, and waste minimization in hot and cold kitchens.
Ensure smooth daily operations, meeting service specifications (side dishes, cooking times, etc.).
Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety, supervising freezers, refrigerators, and all areas of their section.
Manage the team in their section, monitoring productivity, proper use of products and equipment, and supporting coordination with other kitchen areas.
