Mission:
Join the Reservations team of a leading hotel company, collaborating in the comprehensive management of reservations in a multi-property environment. During your internship period, you will have the opportunity to closely observe the operational functioning of the department, actively participating in the management of individual reservations, tourist groups, and crew bookings, as well as in communication and service with internal and external clients.

You will learn:

Support in the management of multi-property reservations, ensuring the correct entry, update, and control of availability.
Collaboration in the management of tourist group blocks, coordinating quotas, dates, and special conditions.
