Job mission: Support the Housekeeping team in the organization and delivery of supplies and materials to streamline daily work, as well as report any damages to these items to your immediate supervisor. 

What will you have to do?

• Check room supplies and replenish missing items, following the standards.
• Maintain regular communication with the floor housekeepers and with the rest of the departments.
• Attend to the needs or concerns of the guests.
• Provide material to the housekeepers or to the guests, such as pillows, cribs, duvets.
• Keep the guest room hallways clean and tidy.
• Prepare the supply rooms with the necessary supplies, and keep them according to daily needs.
• Check for technical or safety problems in the room and report them to maintenance.
• Deliver and collect items loaned to guests, such as irons and ironing boards.
• Ensure the supply of clean linen to the assigned offices or areas.
• Remove dirty linen from the floors, ensuring it is not mixed with clean linen and avoiding cross-contamination.
• Receive laundry orders and count them when applicable.
• Remove trash from offices, carts, or guest rooms as needed or requested.
• Provide support with room-stripping tasks: curtains, mattresses, furniture, etc.
• Receive orders and keep the corresponding storage area organized.
• Clean staff entry exterior areas (parking ramps, security booths, etc.)
• Support the Housekeeping team with any extraordinary tasks that may arise.
• Assist with cleaning exterior areas, glass, or any element as required. 

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge of hotel operations.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures.
• Hygiene and safety standards and regulations.
• Organization and efficiency techniques.
• Service vocation.
• 1 year of experience in a similar position in the hotel or cleaning sector.
• Driver's license.

Misión del puesto: Apoyar al equipo de Housekeeping en el orden y entrega de suministros y materiales para agilizar así el trabajo diario, así como de reportar algún desperfecto de estas a su superior inmediato. 

¿Qué tendrás que hacer?

• Comprobar los suministros de las habitaciones y reponer artículos faltantes, siguiendo los estándares.
• Mantener una comunicación regular con las camareras de pisos y con el resto de departamentos.
• Atender las necesidades o inquietudes los clientes.
• Proporcionar material a las housekeeper o a los clientes, como por ejemplo almohadas, cunas,edredones.
• Mantener los pasillos de las habitaciones de los clientes limpios y ordenados.
• Preparar con los suministros necesarios los offices, mantenerlos según las necesidades diarias.
• Comprobar si hay problemas técnicos o de seguridad en la habitación e informar de ellos a mantenimiento.
• Entregar y recuperar los artículos prestados a los clientes, por ejemplo, plancha y tablas de planchar.
• Asegurar el suministro de ropa limpia a los offices o zonas asignadas a tal efecto.
• Retirar ropa sucia de las plantas, asegurando que no se mezcla con la limpia y evitando la contaminación cruzada.
• Recepción de pedido de lavandería y conteo del mismo si fuese necesario.
• Retirar basura de los office, carros o habitaciones según necesidad o petición.
• Dar apoyo en tareas de desmontar habitaciones: cortinas, colchones, muebles, etc.
• Recepcionar pedidos y mantenerlos ordenados en el almacén correspondiente.
• Limpiar las zonas exteriores de entrada de personal (rampas de garajes, garitas de seguridade, etc.)
• Apoyar al equipo de Housekeeping en cualquier tarea extraordinaria que pueda surgir.
• Asistir en la limpieza de exteriores, cristales o cualquier elemento que sea requerido. 

¿Qué buscamos?

• Conocimientos de operativa hotelera.
• Conocimientos de procedimientos de limpieza.
• Normas y estándares de higiene y seguridad.
• Técnicas de organización y eficiencia.
• Vocación de servicio.
• 1 año de experiencia trabajando en puesto similar en el sector hotelero o de limpieza.
• Carnet de conducir.
