Digital Marketing Trainee

• Student in final years or a recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Communication, Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing, or similar degrees.
• Digital skills and an interest in learning new tools and platforms.
• Proficiency in the Office environment (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Advanced English level.
• Ability to organize and simultaneously manage different tasks and projects.
• Proactive profile, self-directed, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Analytical capacity and interest in data interpretation for decision-making.
• Oral and written communication skills and ease in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail.
• A collaborative, responsible, and proactive person with a desire to learn and grow with us.

• 6-month internship contract with the possibility of renewing for another 6 months.

Providing support to the Marketing area, specifically but not exclusively, with digital training and communication platforms aimed at healthcare professionals, in the following tasks:

• Managing and updating content, training materials, news, images, and videos across various digital platforms.
• Planning, coordinating, and maintaining editorial and content calendars.
• Preparing and scheduling communications and notifications aimed at platform users.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Design, Communication, and other internal teams to collect, adapt, and publish content.
• Providing support in the production and recording of digital content and training materials.
• Managing user profiles, access, and permissions within the platforms.
• Coordinating the follow-up of incidents, improvements, and evolutions together with external providers and involved internal teams.
• Participating in projects for the development and optimization of digital platforms, translating business needs to the corresponding technical teams.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting metrics regarding usage, content consumption, and user behavior.
• Collaborating in the preparation and monitoring of dashboards and performance reports, especially through tools such as Power BI.
• Supporting the definition and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving user experience, engagement, and platform impact.
• Performing trend, competitor, and market opportunity analyses to contribute to the evolution of the platforms and business objectives.
