Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- Salary: €35,000 (depending on experience).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
- Alternate Saturdays (compensated with time off).
The role
At Page Personnel, we are looking for a Workshop Manager with solid experience to strengthen our current structure. The selected candidate will provide direct support to the current workshop manager, who has extensive experience with the company, with the aim of professionalizing operations, optimizing processes, and bringing greater organization and autonomy to the area.
What you'll do
- Direct support to the Workshop Manager in daily operational management
- Supervision of the technical team (approx. 21 people).
- Direct support to the current Workshop Manager in day-to-day operational management.
- Organization and planning of workshop work (repairs, maintenance, scheduling).
- Supervision of the technical team (approx. 20-25 people).
- Improvement of internal processes, bringing order, control, and standardization.
- Implementation of procedures and work protocols.
- Monitoring of service quality and compliance with deadlines.
- Coordination with other departments (administration, spare parts, etc.).
- Resolution of technical issues and support to the team.
Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?
The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience as a Workshop Manager or Supervisor in a similar environment.
- Technical background in automotive and/or industrial vehicles (experience with trucks is a plus).
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Self-sufficient, decisive profile with initiative.
- Orientation toward continuous improvement and orderly processes.
- Accustomed to traditional environments where structure and professionalization are required.
- Technical education (Vocational Training, Technical Engineering, or similar in industrial/automotive fields).
