The role
We are looking for a Site Manager specialized in public building to lead projects in Castellón. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and economic control of the works. This is a long-term position for the province of Castellón.

What you'll do
- Plan, organize, and supervise the full execution of public building works.
- Control costs, deadlines, and quality of assigned projects.
- Manage human and material resources on site.
- Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, and technical teams.
- Carry out the economic monitoring of the works, including certifications, measurements, and budget control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain the relationship with the technical management and the client.
- Resolve technical issues during project execution.
Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?
The candidate must have:
- Technical training, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar.
- Experience as a Site Manager in building, especially in public works.
- Knowledge of site management, cost control, and planning.
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate projects
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project or Presto is valued.
- Residence in Castellón or willingness to travel.
