The role
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Project Manager with experience in project coordination to join a corporate environment in full technological evolution. The selected person will act as the link between the business, technical teams, and providers, participating in the management and monitoring of initiatives related to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM ecosystem.

What you'll do
- Coordinate initiatives and projects related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Perform monitoring of planning, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Act as an interlocutor between business areas, technical teams, and external providers.

- Define and supervise evolutions, incidents, and improvements of the CRM environment.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and the implemented solutions.
- Prepare functional and project monitoring documentation.
