Senior Infrastructure Specialist - Azure Platform

We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join our Azure Platform team and help create a cloud environment that is secure, scalable, and easy to consume.

• Greenfield project - build and shape the platform from day one.

• Design and evolve Azure Landing Zones, Management Groups, Policies, and RBAC models.
• Define subscription architectures that support scalability, security, and operational excellence.
• Build, maintain, and improve reusable Terraform modules for Azure services.
• Enable self-service infrastructure provisioning through CI/CD automation.
• Implement Policy as Code and automated governance controls.
• Collaborate closely with Network Security, Virtualisation, and DevOps teams.
• Create reference architectures, standards, and best practices for product teams.
• Translate security and compliance requirements into scalable cloud solutions.
• Ensure alignment with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, and other regulatory standards.

• Strong experience with Azure Governance, Landing Zones, and subscription management.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, particularly with GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of work management practices using Atlassian tools or equivalent platforms.
• Scripting or development skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or.NET.
• Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, and similar regulatory frameworks.
• A passion for automation, standardisation, and platform enablement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
