What we're looking for
The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or operational positions within the insurance sector.
- Organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Dynamic, resourceful person with initiative.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Savings products is highly valued.
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- Interim contract for IT substitution (no estimated duration at currently).
- Fixed salary: €25,000 gross per year.
- Restaurant voucher of €13 per day.
- Flexible schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: between 8:00 and 17:30 h (with one hour for lunch).
- Friday: 8:00 to 15:00 h.
- Possibility of teleworking 2 days per week once an adequate level of autonomy in the position has been reached.
- Joining a consolidated company within the insurance sector.
The role
You will be part of the Operations team, managing Risk products and, especially, Savings products, acting as a point of contact between the company, distributors, and customers.

What you'll do
The selected person will perform the following functions:
- Management of registrations, cancellations, modifications, surrenders, and claims for Risk and Savings products.
- Processing and monitoring of operational incidents.
- Attention and resolution of inquiries and complaints.
- Liaison with distributors, commercial offices, and the end customer.
- Monitoring of operations, guaranteeing correct management in a timely and proper manner.
- Use of a proprietary internal platform for file management.
