The role

That is why at Moventis Mallorca, we are looking to add to our team at our Mallorca base for our charter/private hire services:

Reporting to the Traffic Manager, your mission will be to provide the service assigned to you, meeting the established quality standards and ensuring the attention and satisfaction of transport customers.

What you'll do

Carrying out assigned passenger transport routes
Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction from the moment they board the vehicle and throughout the entire journey.
Tasks inherent to the service
- Verifying vehicle documentation
  - Settling revenue and completing the route sheet.
  - Completing and reporting accident reports.
  - Delivering complaint forms and reporting any possible incidents.
