Bus Driver - L'Hospitalet de Llobregat

Reporting to the Traffic Manager, your mission will be to provide the service assigned to you, meeting the established quality standards and ensuring the attention and satisfaction of transport customers.

• Carrying out the assigned Passenger Transport routes.

• Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction from the moment they board the vehicle and throughout the entire journey.

• Tasks inherent to the services:

  • Checking the vehicle documentation.

  • Settling the revenue and completing the route sheet.

  • Completing and reporting accident reports.

  • Handing out complaint forms and reporting any possible incidents.

• Joining a large company through a temporary replacement contract initially (to cover various leaves of absence) with real opportunities to eventually become permanent over time.

• The working day is full-time, Monday to Sunday (working 50% of weekends). Of the total working shifts, approximately 50% are morning shifts and the other 50% are afternoon shifts.

• Valid D License and CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) are essential.

• Experience in driving heavy vehicles, preferably buses.

• Responsible person with a strong customer focus.

En dependencia del Jefe/a de Tráfico, tu misión será la de prestar el servicio que se te asigne, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad establecidos y velando por la atención y satisfacción de los clientes del transporte.

• Realización de las rutas de Transporte de Pasajeros asignadas.

• Velar por la máxima satisfacción del cliente desde la entrada en el vehículo y durante todo el trayecto.

• Tareas inherentes a los servicios:

  • Verificación de la documentación del vehículo.

  • Liquidación de los ingresos y cumplimentación de la hoja de ruta.

  • Cumplimentación y comunicación de partes de accidente.

  • Entrega de hojas de reclamación y comunicación de posibles incidentes.

• Incorporación a una empresa grande a través de uncontrato de interinidaden un inicio (para ir cubriendo distintas bajas) con opciones reales a con el tiempo pasar a indefinido.

• La jornada es completa, de lunes a domingo (trabajando el 50% de los fines de semana). Del total de jornadas laborales, aproximadamente el 50 % son turnos de mañana y el otro 50 % son turnos de tarde.
