The role

Reporting to the Traffic Manager, your mission will be to provide the service assigned to you, meeting the established quality standards and ensuring the attention and satisfaction of transport customers.
What you'll do
Carrying out assigned passenger transport routes
Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction from the moment they board the vehicle and throughout the entire journey.
Tasks inherent to the services:
Verification of vehicle documentation
Settlement of revenue and completion of the route sheet.
Completion and reporting of accident reports.
Delivery of complaint forms and reporting of possible incidents.
What do we ask of you?
Valid D License and CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) are essential.
Experience in driving heavy vehicles, preferably buses.
Responsible person with a strong customer focus.
