We are looking for a Senior Leasing Director to lead the creation, development, and consolidation of a new business unit focused on office leasing in Madrid. The professional will be responsible for defining the strategy, capturing mandates, generating business opportunities, and leading negotiations with tenants and corporate landlords.

📝Main functions:

• Design and implement the strategy for the new business line focused on office leasing.
• Define the business plan, service offering, and commercial positioning in the market.
• Conduct active market prospecting in the Madrid office market to secure mandates and identify opportunities.
• Build strategic relationships with landlords, funds, consultants, and corporate tenants.
• Develop the leasing strategy for each asset, including pricing analysis, rents, and positioning.
• Lead the marketing and re-marketing of spaces to maximize occupancy.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, technical documentation, and marketing materials.
• Negotiate rents, contracts, renewals, and addendums, ensuring optimal terms.
• Conduct market studies: supply, demand, comparables, trends, and competition.
• Prepare reports and reporting for management and clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments (technical, marketing, finance) to align the commercial strategy.
• Represent the company at events, forums, and professional gatherings in the sector.
• Support investment operations.
