Technical/Project Manager

• Engineering/Architecture degree or other technical degrees.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or in Facility management
• Knowledge of construction management, budgeting, technical and documentary aspects.
• Project management
• AutoCAD.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Driver's license

• Microsoft Project

• Energy certification tools for buildings: CE3X, CE3, Calener

• Training in sustainability: Breeam, Leed, Well certifications

• A proactive, autonomous, organized person with common sense and a customer and business orientation.

• Able to work in a team.

Minimum English level: B2

Basic Catalan level: A2 (not essential)

• Maintain a close and fluid relationship with the properties.
  • Provide technical and regulatory support to property managers and support the preparation of CapEx for investments adapted to the needs of the buildings.
  • Manage the technical aspects of the approved CapEx in the buildings and follow up on them.
  • Carry out project management of ongoing works, including:
• Project management from conception to drafting
• Management of the licensing process
• Tender for works through the preparation of specifications and cost optimization of the action
• Control of the project during the construction phase
• Cost and documentary control
• Control of the established planning and project risks
• Collection of information at the end of the works,
