We manage a wide variety of assets: offices, commercial buildings, shopping centres, residential properties, hotels, logistics and industrial assets, among others.

🔊Who are we looking for?

A PROPERTY MANAGER with experience in the real estate/hotel sector as a financial property manager, client accountant, asset manager or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

Supervise the maintenance and preservation of properties
Coordinate repairs and works with suppliers and contractors
Carry out regular property inspections
Manage incidents and breakdowns
Act as the point of contact between owners and tenants
Manage lease agreements
Manage budgets and expenses
Prepare financial reports for owners
Process the necessary licences and permits

🤞Required Knowledge:

- A degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- A master's degree in the real estate sector will be valued.
- Fluent command of English and Spanish (essential).
- Willingness to travel and flexibility.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD
- Driving licence
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the position described
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Yardi will be valued)
