What you'll do

  • Supervising the assigned operations, including those that require you to take on the responsibility of technical management and those operations of greater complexity, in the execution of the most relevant milestones, managing the changes or incidents that may arise during their development, in accordance with internal regulations and current legislation, in order to ensure compliance with their budget, planned deadline and the safety, risk prevention, quality control and environmental protocols. Managing the necessary requirements for the execution of the assigned operations, ensuring the updating of the corresponding information in the Company's systems.
  • Managing, when the scale of the activity so requires, the scheduling of the works assigned to you, completing the milestones associated with their economic monitoring and requesting the collaboration of other supervisory resources when the complexity or duration of the work recommends it. Carrying out, when necessary, the required procedures so that the operations under your responsibility comply with the Technical Management requirements set out in the applicable regulations at any given time.
  • Resolving assigned claims and collaborating, at the request of other business units, in the resolution of other third-party claims: requirements from the General Directorate of Industry (DGI), infringements of municipal ordinances and, in general, appeals and allegations before any administration arising from the execution of operations or relating to the facilities owned by the business. Preparing reports on damage to third parties or by third parties when requested, collaborating in their management before the competent authorities and administrations.
  • At the request of other business units, capturing information in the field and preparing specific reports on the elements of the distribution network and its surroundings. Acting locally in processes triggered by decentralised business units.
  • In the development of the role for the gas scope: supervising, when required, the maintenance plan operations in accordance with the applicable legal and internal regulations, generating result reports in the systems and correcting any defects that are defined, as well as emergency response notifications both in the distribution network and auxiliary facilities and in receiving installations.
  • Carrying out periodic refresher training activities with the aim of maintaining the knowledge and skills necessary to be able to carry out all field operations within your scope of management and professional capacity.
