People Analytics Specialist (Madrid)

• Turning Human Resources data into strategic information through analytics, dashboards and key indicators.
• Managing and maintaining organizational structures, ensuring the quality and consistency of information.
• Preparing reports and corporate reporting to support decision-making and certification projects.
• Participating in the evolution and improvement of People systems (SAP, SuccessFactors and other tools).
• Ensuring data quality and defining role and access criteria in accordance with security and internal control policies.

• University degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Previous experience of 1-3 years in a related field.
• Excel level: Intermediate / Advanced
• English C1

• Training in Human Resources or Data Analysis.
• Experience in a Human Resources department.

Especialista People Analytics (Madrid)

• Convertir datos de Recursos Humanos en información estratégica mediante analíticas, cuadros de mando e indicadores clave.
• Gestionar y mantener las estructuras organizativas, asegurando la calidad y coherencia de la información.
• Elaborar informes y reporting corporativo para apoyar la toma de decisiones y proyectos de certificación.
• Participar en la evolución y mejora de los sistemas de Personas (SAP, SuccessFactors y otras herramientas).
• Garantizar la calidad del dato y definir criterios de roles y accesos conforme a las políticas de seguridad y control interno.
