What you'll do

Convert Human Resources data into strategic information through analytics, dashboards, and key indicators.
Manage and maintain organizational structures, ensuring the quality and consistency of information.
Prepare reports and corporate reporting to support decision-making and certification projects.
Participate in the evolution and improvement of People systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, and other tools).
Guarantee data quality and define role and access criteria in accordance with security and internal control policies.
