• Education: Engineering Degree.
• Languages: advanced English (C1).
• Proficiency in Excel (user to advanced level).
• Availability to work in fixed shifts (rotating).

• User-level knowledge of other IT tools: Microstrategy, PI, SCADA.
• Advanced level in VBA programming (Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications) and knowledge of the Python programming language and Power BI.
• Experience in electrical systems (Generation, Transmission, or Distribution Control Center, Management or execution of grid works).
• Experience in electricity markets, either on the Generator or Commercializer side.
• Proficiency in a second language.

In this context, we are looking for talent for the position of Electrical Dispatch Technician.

Perform real-time operation of the conventional generation and RCR (Waste, Cogeneration, and Renewables) fleet, including the execution of generation and grid discharges, as well as ensuring the proper monitoring of operating instructions. Likewise, perform electricity offers in the adjustment and operation markets, using economic optimization criteria. Maintain communication with the facilities assigned to the control center. Carry out hydraulic operation in accordance with regulatory requirements and established programming using economic optimization criteria.

• Optimize, assign, and control all of the Naturgy Group's peninsular production (conventional generation and RCR).
• Optimize and prepare offers in the adjustment and operation markets, in both the generation and commercialization spheres.
• Control hydraulic operation and inflow routing, in accordance with the Dam Operating Rules.
• Implementation, testing, and operation of European balancing markets.
• Intervene in the execution of grid discharges within the generation's area of influence, in accordance with current Rules and Regulations.
