Position objective

To drive the key projects of the marketing company, fundamentally the Best of the Best project, to move toward commercial excellence in an environment of continuous evolution:

What you'll do

  • To define, agree upon, and communicate the strategic vision of the area to key stakeholders, driving improvement initiatives that contribute to commercial excellence.
  • To lead the monitoring and evolution of The Best of the Best projects within a framework of continuous improvement, promoting innovative methodologies and a disruptive way of working that transforms collaboration and value generation.
  • To lead the coordination and improvement of operational communication between strategic areas such as Sales, Quality, and Commercial Strategy, ensuring alignment of objectives and priorities.
  • To centralize the management and coordination of The Best of the Best, ensuring maximum synergy among the different teams involved and maintaining a close and proactive relationship with commercial partners.
  • To actively collaborate with sales teams and commercial partners to identify improvement opportunities that strengthen their experience and enhance the commercial relationship with Naturgy.

Main responsibilities: 

  • To achieve and maintain a satisfaction level of partners above 9 out of 10.
  • To drive the identification and implementation of cross-cutting improvements with a direct impact on commercial teams, promoting a comprehensive view of processes.
  • To coordinate the different teams participating in the project, ensuring compliance with deadlines, the correct execution of initiatives, and overall coherence among them.
  • To lead the evolution of the commercial front-end (Darwin), ensuring its continuous improvement and an excellent user experience (UX) as a key tool for sales activity.
  • To coordinate the Channel Support team, made up of a unit manager and a Back Office team, fostering a high level of performance and collaboration.
  • To supervise and manage the unit's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • To prepare and present monitoring reports and KPIs to Management and the Executive Team, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Required Profile

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrable experience in coordinating and managing projects with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
  • Participation in organizational transformation processes that required the collaboration of multiple areas within the same company.
  • Knowledge and experience in commercial and sales environments.
  • Solid knowledge of sales processes in energy marketing companies.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

  • Cross-functional leadership, autonomy in decision-making, and experience in strategic project management will be especially valued.

Education & certifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or university degree in Business, Engineering, or Data Analysis disciplines

Languages

Languages: English level B2
