The challenges of your day-to-day will be focused on

• Managing and facilitating contracting processes. Administering requests from Marketers and Customers, evaluating technical and regulatory conditions, and ensuring an efficient process so that these third parties can connect to the network safely and effectively.
• Managing and facilitating processes for modifications to customer contracts at the request of the Marketer or Customer.
• Issuing GN and GLP invoices for consumption, charges, fees, and/or services to Marketers and Customers, accurately and within the deadlines and formats established by Regulatory Bodies. Billing of €1.1 billion / year.
• Including and billing in GN and GLP invoices those billable items that must be passed on to the end customer. Ensuring with the corresponding Business Units and the Revenue Cycle that the price lists and system parameters for these operations are correct.
• Controlling delinquency on GN and GLP invoices. // Launching collection actions in coordination with the GTS by requesting the execution of guarantees from Marketers. Coordination with collection agencies. Managing customers in the ASNEF registry. Sending written communications to delinquent customers.

The Gas Networks Spain business is responsible for the distribution of natural gas and renewable gas and operates nationwide (Spain). Los retos de tu día a día estarán orientados al

• Gestionar y facilitar los procesos de contratación. Administrar las solicitudes de las Comercializadoras y Clientes, evaluar condiciones técnicas y regulatorias, y garantizar un proceso eficiente para que dichos terceros puedan conectarse a la red de manera segura y eficaz.
• Gestionar y facilitar los procesos de modificación en los contratos de los clientes a petición de Comercializador o Cliente
• Emisión de las facturas de GN y GLP por el consumo, cargos, cuotas y/o servicios a Comercializadores y Clientes ,de forma precisa y en los plazos y formatos establecidos por los Organismos Reguladores. Facturación 1.100 Millones € / año
• Inclusión y facturación en las facturas de GN y GLP de aquellos conceptos facturables que deben ser trasladados a cliente final. Asegurar con las unidades de Negocio correspondiente y Ciclo de Ingresos que los preciarios y parametrización en sistema para dichas operaciones sean correctos.
• Controlar la morosidad de las facturas de GN y GLP. // GN y Lanzar de acciones de cobro en coordinación con el GTS mediante la solicitud de ejecución de garantías de las Comercializadoras. Coordinación con empresas de recobro. Gestión de clientes en registro ASNEF. Lanzamiento de comunicaciones por escrito a los clientes morosos.
