ATR Billing and Collection Specialist Technician (Madrid).

The Spain Gas Networks business is responsible for the distribution of natural gas and renewable gas and operates nationwide (Spain). As a distribution company, it is responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of more than 53,800 km of gas network, to which more than 5.4 million supply points are connected in nearly 1,150 municipalities. The main activities it carries out are: commissioning, meter reading, periodic inspection, and handling of notifications. Our purpose is to be an active agent in decarbonization and a key player in the country's energy transition.

• Manage and facilitate contracting processes. Administer requests from Marketers and Customers, evaluate technical and regulatory conditions, and guarantee an efficient process so that said third parties can connect to the network safely and effectively.
• Manage and facilitate modification processes in customer contracts at the request of the Marketer or Customer
• Issuance of NG and LPG invoices for consumption, charges, fees and/or services to Marketers and Customers, accurately and within the deadlines and formats established by Regulatory Bodies. Billing €1.1 Billion / year
• Inclusion and billing in NG and LPG invoices of those billable concepts that must be passed on to the end customer. Ensure with the corresponding Business units and Revenue Cycle that the price lists and system parameterization for said operations are correct.
• Control the delinquency of NG and LPG invoices. // NG and Launch collection actions in coordination with GTS by requesting the execution of guarantees from Marketers. Coordination with debt collection agencies. Management of customers in the ASNEF registry. Launching written communications to delinquent customers.
