Qualifications

What we are looking for

• Final year of bachelor, master’s degree, or fresh graduate, ideally in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
• Excel skills and confidence working with data, formulas, lookups, and structured spreadsheets.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to checking your work.
• Analytical and curious, with the instinct to investigate when numbers do not match.
• Positive and collaborative, with good communication skills and a strong desire to learn.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have - but not required

• Any exposure to Salesforce, Salesforce Spiff, CRM systems, finance, sales operations, or incentive compensation.
• Interest in the software / SaaS industry.

What you will gain

• Hands-on experience with sales compensation, Salesforce, and Salesforce SPIFF.
• Exposure to international teams and functions.
• Practical experience with data quality, controls, reporting, business systems, and processes.
