The role

At Nortempo, we are looking to hire Maintenance Managers for a consolidated and growing industrial company located in Íscar. If you have experience managing maintenance teams and are looking for a stable project with career progression, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

· Planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance
· Management and coordination of the technical maintenance team
· Optimization of resources, preparation of budgets, and cost control
