The role

From Nort Selection, we are looking for, on behalf of our client, a national leader in Social Health Services, Nurses - DUE for healthcare centers in Villarreal and surrounding areas, depending on the area where the candidate resides :-)

What you'll do

Functions:
* Performing nursing care assessments upon admission of users and the established periodic assessments.
* Preparing and administering medications to residents following medical prescriptions.
* Providing palliative care: administering morphine and other palliative medications.
* Validating the care, nutrition, and pharmacological plan developed within the interdisciplinary team.
* Recording in the resident's medical record the guidelines and their progress.
* Providing moral and psychological support to residents, as well as attending to family inquiries.
* Supervising the care provided by auxiliary staff according to guidelines from the interdisciplinary team.
* Performing INR (coagulation test) draws and monitoring INR (Sintrom), carrying out lab tests and dose adjustments as prescribed by the physician.

Requirements

Residence in the area. We work with different centers, so we will adjust to the location closest to your residence.
