The role

We are looking for telecommunications installation technicians in Fuerteventura.

What will your mission be?
As a telecommunications installation technician, you will have tasks involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications networks and equipment

What you'll do

· Conduits Execute the installation of conduits (Rejiband type grid, PVC pipe, trays), supports, and fixings, with basic layout based on instructions from the Site Management

· Laying and connectorization of structured cabling Execute the laying of copper and fiber optic structured cabling and copper connectorization (UTP/FTP); mount patch panels and patch cords and label fiber and UTP.

· Structured cabling standards Ensure compliance at your workstation with general structured cabling standards (bending radii, tension, segregation, termination) and project specifications.

· Low voltage electrical work Perform the assembly and connection of electrical panels, cable laying, and work on low voltage installations in accordance with the REBT, in alternating and direct current, under supervision.

· Electrical diagrams and testing Interpret electrical diagrams; perform electrical and electronic tests with a multimeter and tester and record the results.

· Infrastructure labeling Label the complete infrastructure

· Technical supervision for audits Perform technical supervision walkthroughs for audits, collecting photographic evidence and measurements for incorporation into the report.

· Equipment installation Install and fix racks, passive electronics, Wi-Fi access points, cameras, and sockets, and perform their physical connection.

· Lists and reports Prepare basic lists and reports in Excel and Word

· Safety and order on site Apply OSH measures
