The role

At Grupo Nortempo, a company specialized in comprehensive human resources management with over 30 years of experience, we are looking to hire a Teleoperator for our office in Málaga capital.

What you'll do

Making and receiving phone calls.
Customer service and resolving queries and issues.
Acquiring and retaining customers through phone contact.
Updating and managing databases and call logs.
Following up with customers and managing sales schedules.
Recording information and preparing activity reports.
Meeting established quality and productivity targets.
Support with administrative tasks derived from phone-based customer service.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or as a teleoperator.

Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Ability to manage incidents and resolve queries effectively.

Proficiency with basic computer tools (email, Microsoft Office suite, CRM, etc.).

Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proactive, decisive attitude focused on results.

Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to dynamic environments.

Availability for immediate start.

Residence in Málaga or ability to commute to the workplace.
