Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience on the checkout line
At least 2 years of experience managing checkout teams in large retail stores.
Live in the province where the position is based and be able to commute to the warehouse by private or public transport.

The role

WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE?

Reporting to the Head of Checkouts, your mission will be to contribute, on your own, to customer satisfaction and sales development, ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

What you'll do

Asegurar la correcta atención al cliente y la venta según el Plan de Ventas.
Colaborar y poner en marcha las operaciones comerciales y realizar sugerencias de mejora para dar una mejor respuesta a las necesidades de los clientes.
Perform the cash register reconciliation and provide all supporting documentation for transactions carried out.
Assist the cash register line with any incidents.
Atender a la normativa de seguridad.
Colaborar con tu equipo en el marco de valores de la compañía.
Take part in the daily operations of the warehouse, live and help others live out the company project.
