🎯 What will be your mission?

As a Recruitment Intern, you will be part of our Talent Acquisition team in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona). Your role will have a clear focus: to be the link between students, universities, and OCA Global, coordinating the management of internship agreements for all our business areas.

What will you do specifically?

• You will be the direct contact for students, resolving their doubts, accompanying them in the signing and management of agreements, and helping them take their first professional step.

• You will coordinate the relationship with universities and business schools across Spain, which will allow you to get to know the educational system closely and expand your academic network of contacts.

• You will manage documentation and agreements, ensuring that the entire process is carried out with agility and impeccably.

• Additionally, as part of the team, you will provide transversal support wherever it is most needed: writing and publishing job offers, CV screening, telephone interviews, process coordination, and follow-up in Teamtailor.

• You will work hand-in-hand with experienced recruiters, learning firsthand how to lead selection processes and how a talent attraction strategy is built.

• You will have a broad vision of the educational and training system, which will help you better plan your own studies or possible postgraduate degrees.

• You will gain practical experience in corporate Recruitment, understanding in depth the day-to-day of a dynamic selection team.

• You will learn to coordinate with senior profiles, seeing firsthand how a selection process is structured from start to finish.

✅ What would we like to see in your profile?

• University student in Business Administration or Labor Relations. We will also value other degrees if you want to start your career in HR.

• Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university or educational center.

• Availability for part-time internships, preferably in the morning.

• Proactive and resolute attitude, with a desire to learn and face new situations.

• Good command of digital tools and Office. Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence

• High level of Spanish; Catalan is a plus.
