Area Delegate for Regulatory Inspection

In this role, you will be the key piece to ensure operational excellence and the development of the team in your area:

• Team Management: Coordinate and supervise the team's work, ensuring professional development and motivating team members to achieve their goals, providing coaching and support to team members.

• Financial and Results Management: Manage the profitability of the department, setting business objectives and monitoring financial results.

• Technical Supervision: Provide support in inspections and resolve technical issues, ensuring that inspections and technical services meet OCA Global's quality standards and applicable regulations.

• Client Relations: Drive commercial growth and build client loyalty by managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Project Coordination: Participate in project planning, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are managed efficiently to achieve objectives.

We are looking for someone who combines the rigor of an engineer with the vision of an operations manager:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering (Technical or Higher) or Higher Degree in Electricity or Mechanics (or similar): Your academic background must be fully accredited to work in the field of regulatory inspection.

• Experience in the Sector (min. 4 years): It is essential that you are familiar with the world of inspection, quality control, or industrial technical management.

• Hybrid Management Skills: We are looking for someone who enjoys both organizing strategy in the office and going out into the field to provide technical support when the project requires it.

• Residence in the area: We are looking for proximity to the Albacete or Ciudad Real centers to ensure smooth management with the team and clients.

• Gestión de Equipos: Coordinar y supervisar el trabajo del equipo, asegurando el desarrollo profesional y motivando al equipo a alcanzar sus objetivos, realizando coaching y acompañamiento a los miembros del equipo.

• Gestión Económica y de Resultados: Gestionar la rentabilidad del departamento, estableciendo objetivos de negocio y controlando los resultados económicos.

• Supervisión Técnica: Proporcionar soporte en inspecciones y resolver incidencias técnicas, asegurando que las inspecciones y servicios técnicos cumplan con los estándares de calidad de OCA Global y las regulaciones legales aplicables.

• Relación con Clientes: Impulsar el crecimiento comercial y fidelizar nuestra cartera de clientes gestionando la relación y asegurando la satisfacción de los mismos.

• Coordinación de Proyectos: Participar en la planificación de proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y la gestión eficiente de los recursos y cumplimiento de los objetivos.

Buscamos a una persona que combine el rigor del ingeniero con la visión de un gestor de operaciones:

• Formación en Ingeniería Industrial (Técnica o Superior) o Grado Superior en Electricidad o Mecánica (o similares): Tu base académica debe estar totalmente homologada para actuar en el ámbito de la inspección reglamentaria.

• Experiencia en el Sector (min. 4 años): Es fundamental que conozcas el mundo de la inspección, el control de calidad o la gestión técnica industrial.

• Capacidad de Gestión Híbrida: Buscamos a alguien que disfrute tanto organizando la estrategia en la oficina como bajando al terreno para dar soporte técnico cuando el proyecto lo requiera.

• Residencia en la zona: Buscamos proximidad a los centros de Albacete o Ciudad Real para garantizar una gestión fluida con el equipo y los clientes.
