Facilities Manager

The Infrastructure Division of OCA Global is a company that carries out technical risk control and quality assurance throughout the complete life cycle of real estate assets. We offer OCT services, Technical Diagnostic Audits, Energy Efficiency Projects, Quality Control in Construction, Verification and Testing (VYP), among other services.

We want to bring on board a Technical Manager for Construction in Valencia to drive the growth of our expanding branch. We are looking for a profile with experience in construction sites and operational leadership, capable of managing teams, developing business, and representing the values of excellence and rigor that define us.

1. Lead the operational management of the branch
You will coordinate the technical and financial activity of the business unit, ensuring the proper execution of projects and compliance with profitability, quality, and deadline objectives.

2. Develop the business and consolidate commercial relationships
You will identify growth opportunities in the construction area, driving client acquisition and retention through active commercial management and collaboration with the different service lines of OCA Global.

3. Manage and develop technical teams
You will grow the team in Valencia and Alicante and lead and guide the team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment. Your leadership will be key to aligning people with the company's strategic objectives.

4. Control results and report to the Operations Management
You will analyze productivity, margin, and efficiency indicators, ensuring project traceability and the compliance with established goals, with smooth and transparent communication with management.

5. Ensure technical excellence in projects
You will supervise activities related to inspection, control, and technical assistance in construction, ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Shorter working hours throughout July and August and the days before holidays.

Construction Division

• Technical education: Engineering or Architecture.

• Prior experience in technical control (OCT) companies or facilities consulting will be valued.

• Solid knowledge of the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE) and applicable regulations: REBT, RITE, RIPCI.

• Consolidated experience in construction and building works: necessary to understand the technical and operational reality of the business.

• Experience in team management and leadership: essential to coordinate technical professionals, resolve issues, and encourage talent development.

• Commercial orientation and business mindset: essential to identify opportunities, maintain relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth of the branch.

• Analytical and planning skills: to ensure economic control and operational efficiency.

La División de Infraestructuras de OCA Global somos una empresa que lleva a cabo el control del riesgo técnico y aseguramiento de calidad en el ciclo completo del activo inmobiliario. Ofrecemos servicios de OCT, Auditorias Técnicas de Diagnóstico, Proyectos de Eficiencia Energética, Control de calidad en Edificación, Verificación y Pruebas (VYP), entre otros servicios.

Queremos incorporar a un/a Delegado/a Técnico/a de Edificación en Valencia para impulsar el crecimiento de la Delegación en expansión. Buscamos un perfil con trayectoria en obra y liderazgo operativo, capaz de gestionar equipos, desarrollar negocio y representar los valores de excelencia y rigor que nos definen.

1. Liderar la gestión operativa de la delegación
Coordinarás la actividad técnica y económica de la unidad de negocio, garantizando la correcta ejecución de los proyectos y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de rentabilidad, calidad y plazos.

2. Desarrollar el negocio y consolidar relaciones comerciales
Identificarás oportunidades de crecimiento en el área de edificación, impulsando la captación y fidelización de clientes mediante una gestión comercial activa y la colaboración con las distintas líneas de servicio de OCA Global.

3. Gestionar y desarrollar equipos técnicos
Harás crecer el equipo en Valencia y Alicante y liderarás y orientarás al equipo humano, fomentando un entorno de trabajo colaborativo y de alto rendimiento. Tu liderazgo será clave para alinear las personas con los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía.

4. Controlar resultados y reportar a la Dirección de Explotación
Analizarás indicadores de productividad, márgenes y eficiencia, asegurando la trazabilidad de los proyectos y el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas, con una comunicación fluida y transparente con la dirección.

5. Garantizar la excelencia técnica en los proyectos
Supervisarás las actividades relacionadas con inspección, control y asistencia técnica en edificación, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y la satisfacción del cliente.

División de Edificación

• Formación técnica: Ingeniería o Arquitectura.

• Se valorará experiencia previa en empresas de control técnico (OCT) o consultoría de instalaciones.

• Conocimiento sólido del Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE) y de reglamentos aplicables (REBT, RITE, RIPCI).

• Experiencia consolidada en edificación y obra: necesaria para comprender la realidad técnica y operativa del negocio.

• Experiencia en gestión de equipos y liderazgo: esencial para coordinar profesionales técnicos, resolver incidencias y fomentar el desarrollo de talento.

• Orientación comercial y visión de negocio: imprescindible para detectar oportunidades, mantener relaciones con clientes y contribuir al crecimiento de la delegación.

• Capacidad analítica y de planificación: para asegurar el control económico y la eficiencia de las operaciones.

• Comunicación y autonomía: cualidades necesarias para interactuar con dirección, clientes y equipos multidisciplinares.
