About the role

The Infrastructure Division of OCA Global is a company that carries out technical risk control and quality assurance throughout the complete life cycle of real estate assets. We offer OCT services, Technical Diagnostic Audits, Energy Efficiency Projects, Quality Control in Construction, Verification and Testing (VYP), among other services.

We want to bring on board a Technical Manager for Construction in Valencia to drive the growth of our expanding branch. We are looking for a profile with experience in construction sites and operational leadership, capable of managing teams, developing business, and representing the values of excellence and rigor that define us.

What you'll do

1. Lead the operational management of the branch
You will coordinate the technical and financial activity of the business unit, ensuring the proper execution of projects and compliance with profitability, quality, and deadline objectives.

2. Develop the business and consolidate commercial relationships
You will identify growth opportunities in the construction area, driving client acquisition and retention through active commercial management and collaboration with the different service lines of OCA Global.

3. Manage and develop technical teams
You will grow the team in Valencia and Alicante and lead and guide the team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment. Your leadership will be key to aligning people with the company's strategic objectives.

4. Control results and report to the Operations Management
You will analyze productivity, margin, and efficiency indicators, ensuring project traceability and the compliance with established goals, with smooth and transparent communication with management.

5. Ensure technical excellence in projects
You will supervise activities related to inspection, control, and technical assistance in construction, ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.
