What you'll do

  • You will prepare and manage documentation related to occupational risk prevention, quality, and the environment.
  • You will process documentation with external companies and municipal, regional, and national authorities.
  • You will be the point of contact and manage documentation with the SPA (Prevention Service) and the Mutual Insurance Company.
  • You will follow up, control, and resolve incidents and non-conformities.
  • You will manage and organize the administrative documentation of the department.
  • You will manage and follow up on the department's internal calendar (audits, drills, reviews, etc.).
  • You will provide administrative support to the HSE and Quality team, participating in internal and external audits and acting as the communication link with other departments and public administration.

What we're looking for

  • Hold a Vocational Training degree or a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Finance or Occupational Risk Prevention, or equivalent experience that demonstrates the same.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the energy sector, managing documentation and coordinating business activities.
  • Manage records and procedures for PRL, quality, and the environment well, and feel comfortable processing, maintaining, and following up on documentation for ISO 9001/14001/45001 quality systems.
  • Be proficient in document control for occupational risk prevention (OSH), as well as with public administration platforms and electronic offices.
  • Have at least an intermediate level of English and be proficient with office tools (Google Workspace and Microsoft Office).
  • Be proactive, with analytical and problem-solving skills, and have that extra touch for identifying needs and proposing improvements.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
