Requirements
What we're looking for
- Degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or similar.

The role
As an ambassador of our brand, you will be responsible for coordinating asset purchase processes, analyzing applicable urban planning, supporting the expansion plan through technical studies, and ensuring the correct documentary and operational organization of the Expansion Department, including interactions with other areas such as Construction.

What you'll do
Support the coordination of the Expansion Plan in Spain
- Contribute to the company's growth through strategic acquisitions aligned with expansion objectives.
- Develop technical information for expansion into new cities, evaluating the economic and urban planning feasibility of each opportunity:
- Identify potential assets such as premises, buildings, and land.
- Perform statistical and sociodemographic analyses.
- Complete competitor studies.
- Work with plans and maps.
- Carry out accessibility and traffic analyses.
- Provide support in the evaluation of real estate opportunities and their fit within the business model.
Support the coordination of the Expansion Department
- Provide support with the general coordination of processes between expansion and construction to unify procedures, improve workflows, and standardize documentation.
Urban planning and territorial analysis
- Perform technical analyses of urban planning modifications that affect the company's operational properties.
- Prepare urban planning reports, feasibility assessments, constraints, regulations, and risks.
Support with real estate acquisition in Spain
- Coordinate the purchase process: negotiation, document collection, Legal Due Diligence management, and relationship with agents, notaries, consultancies, and owners.
- Proceed with the monitoring of deadlines, milestones, and risks of the acquisition process and presented proposals.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and internal and corporate reports (Pipeline Reports, documentation for site tours, executive dossiers).

- Prepare and update plans in AUTOCAD (layouts, digitization, surfaces, box-mix, gross and net units) for both operational buildings and potential acquisitions.
