The role
The Brand Lead serves as the key orchestrator across brand, agency, and internal teams, ensuring the seamless development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns through strong stakeholder management, quality oversight, and strategic coordination.

- Manage workflows, timelines, key milestones, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure campaigns progress efficiently
- Support review and approval processes by coordinating input from relevant stakeholders and tracking required revisions
- Conduct quality control across campaign materials to ensure alignment with internal standards, brand expectations, and external regulatory requirements
- Identify risks, gaps, inconsistencies, and dependencies across campaigns, and escalate issues as needed
- Act as a sparring partner to both internal teams and the agency to strengthen consistency, integration, and overall quality of strategic and creative output
- Help ensure the four campaigns are developed and executed as a connected portfolio with a unified logic, not as isolated initiatives
