The role

🔎 What are we looking for?
We want to add a Sales Assistant to our Pampling&Co Valencia store on C/ San Vicente Martir with availability for 30 hours on rotating shifts, starting October 16th with a temporary coverage contract. We value previous experience in customer service and a good level of English.

What you'll do

📌 Main duties

Advise and accompany customers during the purchasing process.
Handle inquiries, resolve incidents, and manage payments at the cash register.
Support inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse.
Maintain the store's visual display in line with the brand's values.
Know the catalog, brand identity, materials of the garments, sizes, shipping times, and operations.
