At PcComponentes we keep moving forward and we want to bring in Customer Service and Sales Advisors for our new store in Alicante.

We are looking for people with energy, curiosity and a customer-focused mindset, able to listen, advise and turn every visit into a memorable experience.

Your mission will be to help every customer make the best purchasing decision, understanding their needs and offering them the technological solution they truly need.

You will be one of the visible faces of PcComponentes in Alicante and you will accompany the customer throughout the entire purchasing process, providing close, professional, and honest service.

Your success will be measured by your ability to build trust, contribute to commercial goals and ensure that every person who visits the store enjoys a 5-star experience.

🛒 You will welcome and advise customers, helping them find the technology products and services that best fit their needs.

💡 You will carry out consultative selling, explaining the features and benefits of products in a clear and simple way.

➕ You will drive cross-selling of accessories, services, warranties and financing solutions that bring real value to the customer.

⭐ You will accompany each person throughout their entire in-store experience, ensuring warm, agile and personalized service.

🤝 You will resolve questions, inquiries and issues, always seeking the best solution for the customer.

💳 You will take part in checkout tasks, payments, financing, orders, pickups, exchanges and returns.

📦 You will help with restocking, labeling, organizing and properly displaying products.

📣 You will stay up to date on campaigns, promotions, new releases and technology launches.

We would love to meet you if you have:

· Experience in customer service, sales, retail or commercial environments.

· A clear customer focus and the ability to identify their needs.

· Communication, listening and friendly interaction skills.

· A commercial attitude and motivation to work toward goals.

· An interest in technology or a strong desire to learn about it.

· Initiative, positive energy and the ability to resolve situations quickly.

· The ability to work as part of a team and adapt to dynamic environments.

· Availability to work retail hours, weekends and opening holidays.

· Availability to take part in prior training and the store launch.

The following will be especially valued:

· Experience in technology, electronics, telecommunications, computing or related sectors.

· Knowledge of computers, smartphones, gaming, peripherals, appliances or technology products.

· Experience in financing, services, cross-selling or achieving commercial goals.

· A level of English or other languages.

💸 Salary range: 10 hours per week between €4,606.29–€5,500 per year, 20 hours per week between €9,212.58–€11,000 per year, 30 hours per week between €13,818.87–€16,500 per year, and 40 hours per week between €22,000–€19,505.64 per year.

The available positions are:

🛍️New Alicante Store

• 2 permanent positions at 10 hours per week with weekend shifts.

• 2 permanent positions at 20 hours per week, mostly afternoon and weekend shifts.

• 4 temporary positions at 20 hours per week, with a schedule mostly on the afternoon shift and weekends.

• 5 permanent positions at 30 hours per week

• 2 permanent positions at 40 hours per week

Serás una de las caras visibles de PcComponentes en Alicante y acompañarás al cliente durante todo el proceso de compra, ofreciendo una atención cercana, profesional y honesta.

Tu éxito se medirá por tu capacidad para generar confianza, contribuir a los objetivos comerciales y conseguir que cada persona que visite la tienda disfrute de una experiencia de 5 estrellas.

🛒 Atenderás y asesorarás a los clientes, ayudándoles a encontrar los productos y servicios tecnológicos que mejor encajen con sus necesidades.

💡 Realizarás una venta consultiva, explicando las características y beneficios de los productos de forma clara y sencilla.

➕ Impulsarás la venta cruzada de accesorios, servicios, garantías y soluciones de financiación que aporten valor real al cliente.

⭐ Acompañarás a cada persona durante toda su experiencia en tienda, asegurando una atención cercana, ágil y personalizada.

🤝 Resolverás dudas, consultas e incidencias, buscando siempre la mejor solución para el cliente.

💳 Participarás en tareas de caja, cobros, financiación, pedidos, recogidas, cambios y devoluciones.

📦 Colaborarás en la reposición, etiquetado, organización y correcta exposición de los productos.

📣 Te mantendrás al día sobre campañas, promociones, novedades y lanzamientos tecnológicos.

Nos encantará conocerte si tienes:

· Experiencia en atención al cliente, ventas, retail o entornos comerciales.

· Clara orientación al cliente y facilidad para detectar sus necesidades.

· Habilidades de comunicación, escucha y trato cercano.

· Actitud comercial y motivación por trabajar con objetivos.

· Interés por la tecnología o muchas ganas de aprender sobre ella.

· Iniciativa, energía positiva y capacidad para resolver situaciones de forma ágil.

· Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptarte a entornos dinámicos.

· Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios comerciales, fines de semana y festivos de apertura.

· Disponibilidad para participar en la formación previa y en la puesta en marcha de la tienda.

Se valorará especialmente:

· Experiencia en tecnología, electrónica, telecomunicaciones, informática o sectores relacionados.

· Conocimientos sobre ordenadores, smartphones, gaming, periféricos, electrodomésticos o productos tecnológicos.

· Experiencia en financiación, servicios, venta cruzada o consecución de objetivos comerciales.

· Nivel de inglés u otros idiomas.

💸 Banda salarial: 10h semanales entre 4.606,29€-5.500€ anuales, 20h semanales entre 9.212,58€ - 11.000€ anuales, 30h semanales entre 13.818,87€-16.500€ anuales y 40h semanales entre 22.000€-19.505, 64€ anuales.
