What you'll do

As part of our team, you will directly contribute to the development of solutions that make a difference. Your main responsibilities will include.

  • Collaborate directly with the Automation team for the commissioning of automated lines, participating in the technical definition and digitalization of processes, and identifying opportunities for technological improvement.
  • Monitor the operation of new cells or automated lines from their launch to their technical validation and acceptance.
  • Manage external suppliers for technical proposals: analysis of solutions, technical-economic comparison, and risk assessment and impact on the production plant.
  • Implement Lean methodologies and continuous improvement programs focused on production efficiency. Analyze methods and times, balance lines, and optimize plant layout.
  • Collaborate with support departments (production, maintenance, quality, automation, and new product launches, among others) for the development of cross-functional projects, ensuring technical excellence and safety.
  • Define and maintain critical documentation for production processes (operation sheets, visual aids, production alerts, flow diagrams, PFMEAs, Poka-Yoke checklists, and reaction plans). Update routing sheets.
  • Provide training to plant personnel on new products, processes, or work methods, or on updates to existing ones.
  • Strategically analyze production KPIs, with the objective of proposing technical improvements and coordinating improvement actions that directly impact the performance of key processes.
  • Evaluate risks associated with production processes, implementing preventive measures to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

  • Professional Experience: 5 years in similar environments.
  • Languages: English B2
  • Technical Skills: Experience in industrial automation, assembly lines, and in-line quality control. Experience in technical supplier management (automation integrators, machinery manufacturers). Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, SPC, 8D, MES, and SAP. Knowledge of basic economic analysis for industrial projects (ROI, OPEX, CAPEX). Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD tools (AutoCAD, DraftSight, CATIA, SolidWorks). Knowledge of process and equipment validation methodologies.
