What you'll do

  • Organize and prioritize tasks, assigning said tasks to the different team members based on urgency and importance, monitoring the completion of tasks and associated projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate the different projects in the area, making progress visible and making the appropriate decisions for their correct implementation.
  • Approve and manage the Annual Maintenance Plan (preventive, corrective, and predictive actions), monitoring and reporting on its level of compliance.
  • Design and oversee the area's KPI dashboard, as well as the introduction of new tools for maintenance management.

  • Participate in the design and implementation of new assets in the company to ensure their alignment with existing ones and with the needs of the different departments.
  • Study budgets associated with new assets or maintenance projects.
  • Coordinate the commissioning of new assets at Power Electronics plants.
  • Collaborate in managing the audits required for the maintenance area.
  • Evaluate the performance and output of their direct collaborators.
  • Evaluate overall team performance and output to identify training and management actions.
  • Performing all tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor, both those related to your area and those linked to other departments, to ensure the proper development of work.
  • Complying with the roles and responsibilities matrix regarding health and safety at your workplace (P14.130S-F01).

  • Education: Bachelor's degree and/or University Degree, preferably in Technical or Industrial Engineering and/or Higher Vocational Training in Electricity and Electronics. A Master's degree or Postgraduate qualification in Operations Management and/or Logistics, Maintenance Management or similar is desirable.
  • Professional experience: Over 5 years in similar environments and/or activities. Previous experience in team management.
  • Languages: English B2
  • Technical skills: Professional level of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, experience in implementing and using CMMS, experience with ERP systems (advanced SAP).
