What will your responsibilities be?

As a Department Manager, you will lead a store department with the goal of maximizing sales and delivering an excellent shopping experience. You will be responsible for planning commercial strategies, ensuring visual and operational standards, and managing stock to meet the expectations of the people who visit the store.

Additionally, you will coordinate and assign tasks to your team, providing guidance and feedback to develop their skills, as well as maintaining their motivation and commitment. You will collaborate with the rest of the management team to promote a safe, organized, and efficient working environment, resolving queries or issues and ensuring compliance with company policies.

How would we like you to be?

We are looking for someone with leadership skills who inspires and guides their team toward high performance, fostering collaboration and learning. We value a clear commercial vision and analytical ability to make strategic decisions and optimize department resources.

It is essential that you are resilient, with the ability to manage challenges effectively, and have communication and empathy skills to build strong relationships. You will also need previous retail experience, ideally in high-volume environments, leading teams and achieving targets. If you are looking to grow in a dynamic company, this role is for you.

Colaborarás con el resto del equipo de managers para promover un entorno de trabajo seguro, organizado y eficiente, resolviendo consultas o problemas y asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas de la compañía.

¿Cómo nos gustaría que fueras?

Buscamos a alguien con habilidades de liderazgo que inspire y guíe a su equipo hacia un alto rendimiento, fomentando la colaboración y el aprendizaje. Valoramos una visión comercial clara y capacidad analítica para tomar decisiones estratégicas y optimizar los recursos del departamento.

Es fundamental que seas resiliente, con capacidad para gestionar retos de manera eficaz y habilidades de comunicación y empatía para construir relaciones sólidas. También necesitarás contar con experiencia previa en retail, idealmente en entornos de gran volumen, liderando equipos y alcanzando objetivos. Al ser una compañía en plena expansión nuestras necesidades se encuentran repartidas por todo el país y buscamos que nuestros equipos conozcan variedad de unidades de negocio con el fin de potenciar su progresión profesional, por lo que será un requisito indispensable para tu desarrollo que aportes disponibilidad geográfica si te incorporas en la compañía.

Si te incorporas a Primark como Department Manager valoraremos positivamente que hayas completado estudios relacionados con la gestión comercial, administración y ventas, etc.

Será importante tener un buen nivel de inglés y también valoraremos otros idiomas que conozcas, incluyendo la lengua de signos. No olvides comentárnoslo, ya que nos ayudará a ofrecerle al cliente un gran servicio.
