What you'll do
As a Retail Assistant, you will help our customers enjoy their day more, every day. And this is how you should put it into practice:
- Provide customers with an incredible experience, responding to their queries about sizes or styles, purchases, or returns.
- Prepare the sales floor, restock shelves, organize fitting rooms, and display the latest trends, as well as keep the stockroom tidy and well organized.
- Offer a fast, friendly, and efficient experience at the tills, managing customer queries, cancellations, and returns.
- Receive, process, and check new deliveries. Take products to the sales floor and make sure they have the correct price, always ensuring that we meet our high standards.
