What do we offer you?

🎓 Official qualification process (TIP) 

🛡️ Commitment to mandatory integration into Prosegur 

- Private Security Professionalism Certificate to obtain the Security Guard qualification (TIP) and Private Escort Guard qualification, and subsequently an INDEFINITE CONTRACT WITH THE COMPANY.

- 3-month telematics training course, where you can connect via a platform and do it completely online, + 8 days of practical training (Friday afternoon and Saturday morning) + 80h of practicals.

The training will have no cost, provided that the agreed integration commitment is fulfilled. 

📅 Course details

• Course start: Monday 26 October.
• Modality: Blended learning 

• Availability for the mandatory in-person attendance of the 8 in-person sessions (the course begins on October 26th). The course is carried out to obtain the security guard TIP, and there is a commitment to attend the course, as well as to be hired by Prosegur after receiving the TIP.

To be eligible for the Security Guard TIP, you must meet the following official requirements established by current regulations of the Ministry of the Interior for the performance of Private Security duties and the obtaining of the TIP.;

• Be of legal age. 
• Hold Spanish nationality or that of a member state of the European Union or a state party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. 
• Hold the Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) certificate or a higher qualification. If you completed your studies outside Spain, it will be essential that your qualification is duly recognized. 
• Possess the necessary psychological and physical aptitude to perform Private Security duties. 
• Have no criminal record. 
• Show genuine interest and commitment to developing professionally in the Private Security sector, as well as to completing the qualification process and mandatory integration into Prosegur.
